REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

  1.     INTRODUCTION

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission invite interested, experienced and competent contractors to submit quotations for the execution of the under-listed jobs.

2. 0  SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of work to be carried out consists of the following:

1:     Supply of Diesel (AGO)

2:     Supply of  Panasonic Toners& Developers              

3:      Printing of Conqueror Letter Headed Papers

4.     Supply of  Stationery

3.  0REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION

The eligibility qualifications/requirements include:

  1. Registration with the CAC. Including Memo &Article of association, Form Co2,& Co7 Where Applicable–
  2. Evidence of Registration with relevant Professional Body   Where Applicable
  3. Evidence of Similar jobs Executed in the last 5 years
  4. Tax clearance Certificate for the last three (3) yrs. To be Valid up to 31st December, 2016
  5. VAT Registration Certification  and  Past Remittances if any
  6. Evidence of Registration with National Pension Commission and Remittance Of employees’ pension ,if applicable.
  7. Evidence Of Payment of training Contribution to ITF, if applicable
  8. Evidence of compliance with the Employers’ Compensation Act which requires that all Employers of Labour must remit 1% of the total annual emoluments of their workers to the Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund(NSITF)
  9. Any additional information that may enhance the chances of the firm.

Interested and competent Contractors are required to collect from the address below, Quotation Letters and Schedule of Requirements/Price, which should be completed and submitted along with the above mentioned documents. The envelope containing  the documents is to be marked ‘’National Shopping for the supply of diesel “ for item No1, “National Shopping for the supply of Panasonic Toners “ for item No2 , “National Shopping for the printing of Conqueror Letter Headed Papers “for item No.3 and National Shopping for the supply of Stationery“ for item No.4. and should be submitted on or before 3.00pm. on Monday, 27th March, 2017, at the following address: Procurement (Recurrent), FF Room 22.

Please, note that the price of your quotation shall clearly indicate the total price, including all taxes (VAT & WHT) and the time and place of delivery. The item shall be supplied at the place of delivery within two weeks from the date of signing the contract. Your quotation shall remain valid for 60 days and your supply shall be accompanied by most favourable warrantees available and

For the supply of diesel, an undertaking indemnifying the Commission against any liabilities, losses and damages of any kind arising from direct consequences of supplying diesel to power the generators is also required.

N.B.  Compliance to the above eligibility requirements, in addition to the degree of responsiveness to the above mentioned requirements will form the major criteria to be applied for selection of the successful contractors.

ICPC Declares Nike Olateju Fabelurin Wanted

scan0027The person whose picture appears above, MrsNIKE OLATEJU FABELURIN, is hereby declared WANTED by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) for jumping administrative bail.

Mrs. Fabelurin, an indigene of Oyo State, was born on 21st February 1963 (53 years old) and is dark in complexion.

Her last known address was E9/884 Loyola Area, Ibadan, Oyo State.

BUILDING AND PROMOTING INTEGRITY IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ORGANISATIONS (BMOs) AND PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS (PAs)

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) is organising a one day stakeholders’ forum for Business Management Organisations (BMOs) and Professional Associations (PAs) with the view to incorporating anti-corruption values into their codes of professional practice and also discussing other areas of collaboration.

The forum is in line with the Commission’s mandate of preventing corruption as provided in section 6(b-d) of the Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act 2000.  Details are as follows:

NATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION VOLUNTEER CORP (NAVC)

The ICPC wishes to remind the general public that following the recent rebranding of the NAVC, all structures in all States of the country had been dissolved. All applicants including former members and officials are to fill new enrolment forms for consideration.

Meanwhile, enrolment of citizens into the corps is ongoing, interested persons can download the enrolment form together with the referees form through the link (join NAVC) at the bottom of this page.The enrolment form is FREE. Please report any person selling the form to the nearest ICPC Office.

New officials for Local Government and State Offices will be elected in conformity with the new operational guidelines after the vetting of prospective members.  Other Training manuals can also be downloaded from the website.

Prospective volunteers should note that the NAVC will NEVER evolve into Law Enforcement Agency as being peddled by some persons out to exploit citizens.

Uniforms:

In view of the abuse of uniforms, it should be noted that no uniforms will be used by the re-branded NAVC.  Accordingly, the use of the old uniforms, T-Shirts etc is hereby prohibited.
