The Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), Mr Ekpo Nta, will be the Guest Speaker at the 22nd Annual International Conference on African Literature and English Language (ICALEL) organized by the Department of English and Literary Studies, University of Calabar scheduled to hold from 7th to 11th May 2013.
The Honorable Chairman will speak on the theme: Corruption and National Security and also use the opportunity to address the University community and other stakeholders on the Commission`s relentless efforts in waging war against corruption in the country.
