Wolves in Academic Robes: Sexual Harassment in Schools
In this piercing episode of EthicsPod, we lend our voice to the troubling reality: the abuse of power within our institutions of learning.
Featuring a candid conversation with Dr. Mary Adehi; who is a lecturer in a Nigerian University, we explore why sexual harassment remains rampant in tertiary institutions, the power dynamics that enable it, and the silence that protects the perpetrators.
Together, we unpack the systemic failure of supposed protectors, those in positions of academic authority and spotlight what survivors can do, what institutions must do, and why safeguarding student dignity is non-negotiable.
We also highlight the role ICPC plays in bringing perps to justice.
🎧 This is not just a conversation. It’s a call to conscience
