Dr. Musa Adamu Aliyu, was conferred with the title of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) by the Chief Justice of the Federation, Hon. Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, GCON on 12th October, 2023 and sworn-in on 27th November 2023. 

He was appointed by the President and Comamander -in-Chief of the Armed Force, Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, as Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) on 17th October, 2023 and sworn into office on Wednesday 13th December, 2023 after being confirmed by the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
