ICPC urges states to set up anti-corruption board

The Independent Corrupt Practice and Other Related Offences (ICPC) has called on the states across the country to establish Anti-Corruption Board.

ICPC acting Chairman, Barrister Bako Abdullahi, said this via a letter to Governor Isa Yuguda, urging him to establish the board in Bauchi State.

Abdullahi said if states could copy from Bauchi State, the fight against corruption in the country will be achieved.

The acting Chairman, who also inaugurated Kwara State chapter of National Anti-Corruption Volunteer Corps (NAVC), called on Nigerian to brace up in support of anti-corruption agencies in the fight against corruption.
